A useful wholesale review answers four questions: Did the count roughly match what was promised? Was the condition honest against the listed grade? Did freight or pickup land when expected? If something was wrong, did the desk respond with a clear path? Customer reviews in general are opinion signals — for liquidation they only help when they sit next to a real order and a stated Mixed or returns grade.
Stockroom publishing standards are simple: every live review is checked against order records. “Paid by card” or similar payment notes appear only from the record. “Delivered” or “Picked up” appears only after we confirm the pallet left the dock. Names and photos need consent. Critical reviews stay up — we remove abuse and personal data, not unfavorable honesty. Feedback without a verified order is labeled and never counts toward the rating.

A buyer who wanted “all New” on a Mixed pallet is describing preference — not always a listing error. Material listing mismatches (wrong class of goods vs photos/grade as stated) are different: photograph the wrap, keep the order reference, and use the returns path within three days. Express freight is non-refundable once booked.

- On arrival, photograph wrap and lot ticket. If the goods materially mismatch the listing, follow returns within three days.
