Pallet Conditions / Grading Guide

Every priced pallet carries a condition. These grades match how we list inventory on the site. They describe the lot as a whole — not a promise that every unit is identical. Photos are representative. Actual inventory may vary.

How to read a listing

Start with condition, then wholesale price, then estimated retail. Manifests are included by default when that listing flag is on. Piece counts appear only when supplied.

If two pallets look similar in photos, compare the grade. That is usually the price difference.

Condition grades

How we label the merchandise

  • New

Listed as unused / sealed product for the lot as a whole. Still a pallet — not a retail shelf of hand-picked units.

  • Open Box

Packaging has been opened or is incomplete. Product may be unused. Expect box wear and missing inserts.

  • Used

Previously used merchandise. Function and completeness vary. Price reflects that.

  • Customer Returns

Goods that came back through retail returns. Mix of unopened, opened, incomplete, and worn pieces is normal.

  • Mixed

More than one condition in the same pallet. Do not assume every unit matches the best item in the photo.

  • Other

A lot that does not fit the grades above, or was supplied without a cleaner label. Read the listing notes.
