Payment Information
Available listings go in the cart at the wholesale price on the page — there is no hidden buyer’s fee. Checkout records the order and emails you a transactional notice. Reply to that message — or write to us with the order reference — to receive payment confirmation. We do not process, ship, or track the pallet until payment is cleared. Freight is quoted to your destination if you need it shipped; local pickup has no freight line. We do not invent a card processor we have not connected.

The pallet at the listed wholesale price. There is no buyer’s premium. Estimated retail is a value signal, not an extra charge. Taxes, freight, and any liftgate or appointment fees are confirmed before you are asked to pay them — they are never buried in the listing price.
Multi-pallet programs and custom mixes go through a quote so the invoice matches the load. Local pickup skips freight entirely.
What we will not do

- How do I pay after checkout?
- Place the order, then email us the order reference. We send payment confirmation that way. Processing and tracking start only after payment is cleared.
- Can I check out with a card on the site today?
- The cart and checkout are live. We do not list a card processor we have not connected. Payment is confirmed by email after you write to us with the order reference.
- Do you accept PayPal or financing?
