How you pay
Credit cards via Stripe
Choose card at checkout and place the order. You and the desk both get the confirmation email — then customer care confirms payment in Stripe (secure pay link or Dashboard). We never ask for a full card number by email or chat.

Payment Information
Available listings go in the cart at the wholesale price on the page — there is no hidden buyer’s fee. At checkout you can pay by credit or debit card through Stripe, or choose bank transfer / wire. We do not process, ship, or track the pallet until payment is cleared. Freight is quoted to your destination if you need it shipped; local pickup has no freight line.
What you are paying for
The pallet at the listed wholesale price. There is no buyer’s premium. Estimated retail is a value signal, not an extra charge. Taxes, freight, and any liftgate or appointment fees are confirmed before you are asked to pay them — they are never buried in the listing price.
Multi-pallet programs and custom mixes go through a quote so the invoice matches the load. Local pickup skips freight entirely.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Choose credit / debit card when you place the order. You and customer care both receive the order confirmation by email.
Customer care then confirms payment in Stripe — usually by emailing you a secure Stripe payment link. Full card numbers are never typed into this website or sent by email.
Prefer wire? Choose bank transfer at checkout. Confirmation email includes current ACH / wire instructions when configured on the desk.
What we will not do
We will not ask you to wire funds to a personal account in a chat message. Use the site forms or the published contact email. If a message feels off, check this page and Contact Us before you pay.

- Are there hidden fees?
- No buyer’s premium. The listing price is the pallet. Freight, liftgate, and tax are confirmed separately before you pay them.
- Do you accept credit cards?
- Yes. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover at checkout via Stripe. You can also pay by bank transfer / wire.
- How do I pay after checkout?
- If you choose card, you pay on the checkout page. If you choose bank transfer, use the wire / ACH details in your confirmation email and your full name as the payment reference. Processing and tracking start only after payment is cleared.
- Do you offer express overnight shipping?
- Yes — express overnight shipping is a flat $220 at checkout where serviceable. Standard freight is still quoted separately to your ZIP.
- Is card payment secure?
- Yes. Card data is handled by Stripe (PCI). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Do you accept PayPal or financing?
- Not unless we publish it here. We will not list processors we do not use.
