How It Works
Pallets Stock Room keeps the buy simple. You do not need an account to see prices or photos. Shop the lot, read the source and grade, then check out an available pallet or ask the desk to quote freight, pickup, or a truckload. This page is the full walkthrough — products, how to order, payment, pickup, shipping methods, and sales terms.

No. We do not hide prices or photos behind an account. Browse the shop, open any listing, and read the source, grade, and wholesale price without signing up.
If you place an order we will ask for a name, email, and shipping or pickup notes so we can confirm payment and move the lot. That is it — no hoop-jumping to see what is on the floor.

What we sell
For over 10 years we have sourced customer returns, overstock, and end-of-life product from major retailers and manufacturers. Inventory is sold by the pallet — electronics, home goods, clothing, toys, beauty, tools, shoes, and general merchandise — in the condition grade on the listing.
Liquidation is not one product type. Some lots come with a manifest. Some are mixed-condition returns. Some are cleaner overstock. Read the grade and the source before you buy. Photos are representative of the merchandise class unless the listing says they are of that exact pallet.

Lot types
Retailer-return and overstock pallets. These are the core of the floor. Condition often ranges from customer returns to mixed or open-box. When the supplier provided a lot list, the listing carries a manifest. Piece counts appear only when they were supplied — we do not invent them.
Brand-focused pallets. Nike, Adidas, tool brands, beauty, and similar lots are still liquidation. The brand on the carton is not an official partnership and not a promise that every unit is factory-new. Authenticity claims appear only when verified for that lot.
Multi-pallet and truckload programs. Start with one pallet. When the mix works, ask the desk for a larger program. Typical listed orders are 1–5 pallets from the USA. Full truckloads are quoted to your destination — they are not a live checkout SKU.
- Single pallet — shop and add to cart when the listing is marked available.
- Multi-pallet (typically 1–5) — quote freight or pickup together.
- Truckload — destination ZIP, pallet count, and dock notes on the bulk form.
- Unmanifested or mixed lots carry more variation. Price reflects that. Ask for notes before you buy.
How to order
We want the path to be obvious. Available pallets can be reserved on the website. Larger loads, freight, and pickup are confirmed by a person. We do not run a live chat desk or list a card processor we have not connected.
- Website — add an available pallet to the cart and check out. You will receive an order reference by email. Reply with that reference to receive payment confirmation. Processing and freight start only after payment is cleared.
- Bulk / truckload form — use this for more than one pallet, mixed categories, or a destination freight quote. Name the listings when you can.
- Email — write to customercare@gmail.com with the pallet name, quantity, delivery ZIP or pickup request, and whether the address is commercial or residential. Say if a liftgate is needed.
- Contact form — same details, same desk. We do not invent a phone number or warehouse city on this page.
Payment
The listing price is the pallet price. There is no buyer’s premium. Freight, liftgate, appointment, and tax (if it applies) are confirmed separately before you are asked to pay them.
Checkout records the order and emails you a transactional notice. Email us the order reference to receive payment confirmation. We do not process, wrap, ship, or release a pickup until payment is cleared. We do not accept COD.

Local pickup
You can collect the lot yourself. Request pickup on the quote, checkout notes, or contact form after you reserve the pallet. We confirm dock timing and send the location with the confirmation — we do not publish a walk-in street address here.
Bring a truck or trailer that can take a standard pallet. There is no obligation to buy if you are only asking about a future visit, but reserved lots are held for the buyer who paid.
- Ask for pickup when you order — do not assume same-day walk-in.
- Dock details are sent after the lot is reserved and payment is cleared.
- If you cannot take the merchandise with you, we can quote freight instead.
Shipping methods
Pallets leave wrapped and labeled from the USA. We quote the move for the lot you bought — we do not run a live rate API or advertise blanket nationwide coverage on every ZIP. You may also book your own carrier; say so on the quote.
- LTL (less-than-truckload) — typical for 1–5 pallets. Price depends on destination, weight, dimensions, commercial vs residential, and whether a liftgate or appointment is required.
- Residential and liftgate — extra, quoted as add-ons. A business dock or freight-terminal pickup is usually cheaper.
- Delivery is typically curbside or dock. Drivers do not carry pallets into a garage unless inside delivery was quoted. Be ready to break down the pallet.
- Truckload — usually a 48' or 53' trailer, quoted as a flat destination rate. A 53' trailer typically holds about 26 single-stacked pallets; double-stacking is only used when the freight and product allow it. Confirm you can receive a semi and unload with a forklift or pallet jack. Unload windows are set by the carrier — extra time can be billed.
- Your own carrier — send the BOL instructions after payment. We will not invent a tracking number we do not have.
- Inspect wrap and count pallets before you sign the delivery receipt. Note damage on the bill of lading and take photos. Signing clean makes a freight claim much harder.
What to include on a quote
The more complete the request, the faster we can confirm the lot and the move.
- Listing name or URL, and how many pallets.
- Pickup or ship — if ship, the delivery ZIP.
- Commercial or residential address.
- Liftgate, appointment, or limited access if you know you need it.
- Whether you will book your own truck.
Sales policy
These are wholesale and liquidation pallets. Lots are sold as described on the listing. Photos are representative. Actual inventory may vary. Customer-return and mixed pallets include opened, used, and incomplete pieces by nature.
Some lots are fully manifested, some are partial, and some have no SKU list. That is standard in this channel. Ask for pictures or notes on a named listing before you pay if you need more than what is published.
We do not advertise a retail-style return window. If the lot is materially different from what we listed, contact us with the order reference and photos. We review it. Do not ship a pallet back unless we ask you to. Preference for the mix is not the same as a listing error.
- Read the grade and source before you check out.
- Estimated retail is a value signal, not a guarantee of what you will sell each unit for.
- Piece-count shortages are only reviewed when a count was supplied on the listing.
- We do not invent authenticity, tested-working, or warehouse-city claims.

Direct answers
- Do I need an account to see prices?
- No. Listings, photos, and wholesale prices are public. Checkout only needs your contact and order details.
- Can I buy a truckload on the website?
- Truckloads and mixed multi-pallet programs are quoted. Available single pallets can go in the cart. Use the bulk form for a load.
- Is there a buyer’s premium or card surcharge listed here?
- The listing price is the pallet price. We do not add a buyer’s premium. We also do not invent a card processing fee or a processor we have not connected — see Payment Information.
- Can I pick up instead of shipping?
- Yes. Request local pickup when you order. We confirm dock timing and send the location after the lot is reserved and payment is cleared.
- How fast will my pallet ship?
- Timing depends on the lot, payment clearing, and freight booking or pickup slot. We will not invent a 48-hour SLA. Ask on the quote if you have a required window.
- Do you ship internationally?
- We ship from the USA and quote domestic freight to the destination you provide. International, ocean, and customs are not a self-serve checkout path. Duties and import rules are the buyer’s responsibility if we agree to help arrange an export.
- Are sales final?
- Liquidation is sold as listed. We review material mismatches against the listing. We do not offer a change-of-mind retail return. See Returns & Refunds.
