Do you sell liquidation pallets and wholesale pallets?

Yes. Liquidation pallets are the lots (returns, overstock, end-of-life). Wholesale pallets is how you buy them. Pallet liquidation and wholesale liquidation are the same desk — one pallet or a quoted truckload.

Are you a liquidation warehouse, liquidation store, or discount warehouse?

We operate as a liquidation warehouse and sell like an online liquidation store / discount warehouse: public prices, photos, no buyer’s premium, pickup or freight from the USA.

How long has Pallets Stock Room been doing this?

More than 10 years sourcing customer returns, overstock, and end-of-life products from major retailers and manufacturers.

Are there hidden fees or a buyer’s premium?

No. The listing price is the pallet price. Freight is quoted separately if you ship. Local pickup has no freight charge.

Can I pick up instead of shipping?

Yes. Request local pickup on the quote or contact form. We confirm dock timing after the lot is reserved.

What happens to product you cannot sell?

We work with partners to recycle, donate, or otherwise dispose of lots that are not suitable for sale whenever possible — so less inventory goes to landfill.

Are the photos of the exact pallet I will receive?

Photos are representative of the category and condition unless a listing says they are of that specific lot. Actual inventory may vary.

What is Estimated Retail Value?

ERV is a calculated value signal based on category, brand, and condition. It is not a guarantee of what you will sell each unit for.

Is a manifest included?

Manifests are included by default on listings that carry that site flag. If a lot has no manifest, the listing will not invent one.

How many pieces are on a pallet?

Only when the supplier gave us a count. Otherwise quantity varies by lot and we say so.

Where do you ship from?

From the USA. Freight is quoted to your destination. Typical orders are 1–5 pallets.

Can I buy one item off a pallet?

No. Inventory is sold by the pallet.

How do I pay?

Available lots can be added to the cart. Card checkout is being connected — see Payment Information. Freight and multi-pallet loads are quoted.

How do I track an order?

Send an order-tracking inquiry with your reference. We do not run a live public tracking portal.

Is Amazon pallet liquidation legit?

Yes. Amazon-return and overstock liquidation is a real wholesale market. Lots sold as Amazon pallets are usually returns or surplus, not a new Prime order. Vet the seller with photos, condition, and liquidation reviews. PalletsStockroom does not claim an official Amazon partnership.
