Returns & Refunds
These are wholesale and liquidation pallets. Lots are sold as described on the listing. Gallery images are lot photos for that listing. If something is materially different from what we published, contact us with the lot details and we will review it — we do not advertise a blanket retail-style return window.
What “as listed” means
If a pallet is graded Customer Returns or Mixed, expect variation. Estimated retail is a value signal, not a guarantee that every unit is new or complete. Approximate quantity appears only when it was supplied.
Lot photos show the merchandise for that listing. The on-page manifest is a category summary matched to the wholesale price tier — not a unit-by-unit barcode catalog.
How to request a review
Use the contact form with your order reference, the listing name, and a short description of the problem. Include photos when you can. Do not ship a pallet back unless we ask you to — unsolicited returns can be refused.

- Can I return a pallet because I do not like the mix?
- Mixed and customer-return lots include opened, used, and incomplete pieces by nature. Preference is not the same as a listing error. Read the grade and the lot manifest before you buy.
- Do you offer refunds for missing pieces?
- Only when a piece count was supplied on the listing and the received lot is materially short of that figure. We do not invent counts after the fact.
