If something is materially different from what we published, contact us with the lot details and we will review it — we do not advertise a blanket retail-style return window.

If a pallet is graded Customer Returns or Mixed, expect variation. Estimated retail is a value signal, not a guarantee that every unit is new or complete. Approximate quantity appears only when it was supplied.
Representative photos show the type of merchandise. They are not a unit-by-unit catalog of that specific pallet unless the listing says otherwise.
How to request a review
Use the contact form with your order reference, the listing name, and a short description of the problem. Include photos when you can. Do not ship a pallet back unless we ask you to — unsolicited returns can be refused.

- Can I return a pallet because I do not like the mix?
- Mixed and customer-return lots vary by nature. Preference is not the same as a listing error. Read the grade and the “actual inventory may vary” note before you buy.
- Do you offer refunds for missing pieces?
- Only when a piece count was supplied on the listing and the received lot is materially short of that figure. We do not invent counts after the fact.
